larger selection of properties to choose from. In order for us to achieve our goal, our service team will
assist developers in obtaining FHA and VA approval status for their condominium developments through the
appropriate government agency. We will coordinate the necessary steps starting with a free consultation and all
the way through to reviewing the provided documents, submitting the file package, following up with the
developer, keeping all interested parties up to date with current status and finalizing the approval of the
